Theresa Benecchi, RCDD

The force to be reckoned with, Theresa is the owner and president of the company, its heart and soul.  She has worked her way up from the inception of the company in 1987, from field technician to lead designer, from office management to director of operations.

As project manager and lead designer, Theresa has worked on most of the projects in Northern and Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. She rewrote cabling specifications for IBM, setting up standards for all locations in the Northwest Region.

James McGowan, RCDD

Jimmy started his career in the early 80s in Northern and Southern California as a journeyman and later foreman for a telecommunication contractor. Since joining IDT in the late 80s, he has been involved in the sales and large scale project management and operations.

His focus on detailed customer service has garnered many recurring contracts with small to medium businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Jimmy is a hands-on entrepreneur, personally overseeing installations and ensuring the integrity of each project.

Dramaturg by vocation, Dutza plans, directs, and coordinates IDT activities ensuring that drama is kept in theatre where it belongs and not in the daily business operations.
